ŁanŁil Event terms and conditions
1. Organizer
The organizer of the ŁanŁil event is Bartosz Kozak, a private individual.
2. Participation
- The event is open to adults and minors with parental consent.
- Each participant must register before the event starts.
- Participation in the event is equivalent to accepting these regulations.
3. Safety
- Each participant is required to wear a protective helmet. Full knee and elbow pads are recommended.
- Participants must follow the instructions of the organizers.
- It is prohibited to consume alcohol or other intoxicants before and during the race.
- The organizer is not responsible for accidents and injuries resulting from non-compliance with the regulations.
4. Course
- The race course runs through the Osobowicki Forest.
- The course is marked, and participants must follow the designated paths.
- There are optional obstacles on the course that can be bypassed.
5. Equipment
- Participants must use their own Onewheel vehicles.
- The organizer provides a charging station for vehicles.
- Each participant is responsible for the technical condition of their vehicle.
6. Recordings and Photos
During the event, recordings and photos will be taken. Participation in the event is equivalent to consenting to the use of one's image for promotional purposes by the organizer.
7. Responsibility
- The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the event.
- Participants are responsible for any damage they cause at the event site.
8. Weather Conditions
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to reasons beyond their control, such as adverse weather conditions.
- In the event of cancellation, participants will be refunded the full amount to the account from which the payment was made.
9. Participant Cancellation
- Participants have the right to cancel their participation in the event up to 12 days before it starts.
- In the case of cancellation within the specified time, the participant will be refunded the full amount to the account from which the payment was made.
10. Final Provisions
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
- Any disputes arising from participation in the event will be resolved by the court competent for the organizer's registered office.
Each participant is required to read the regulations before the event starts. Participation in the event signifies acceptance of all the above conditions.
